Warehouse Associate

Location: Charlotte, NC

Schedule: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift

Pay Rate: $16.00 and $16.50

Assignment Type: Temp to Hire

The Assembly Worker is responsible for assembling products and components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Assemble parts and components according to work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams
• Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
• Inspect assembled products to ensure quality standards are met
• Identify and report defects, shortages, or equipment issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and procedures
• Meet daily production and quality goals
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products as needed

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a repetitive, fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand motions

• Manufacturing / production floor
• May include exposure to noise, machinery, and moving equipment
• PPE required as applicable
