- Plant Operations:
Assist in the day-to-day operations of ETP, STP, WTP, and RO plants and ensure they run smoothly. - Parameter Monitoring:
Check and accurately record basic water parameters daily, such as pH, TDS, turbidity, and flow rate. - Chemical Dosing:
Prepare and mix treatment chemicals safely using proper protective gear (PPE) under the guidance of senior operators. - Equipment Handling:
Operate pumps, blowers, valves, and filters according to standard operating procedures (SOP). - Documentation:
Maintain accurate daily log sheets, checklists, and shift records. - Safety & Maintenance:
Keep the plant area clean, strictly follow safety rules, and assist senior team members during routine maintenance or repairs.
- Education: ITI,Diploma,
B.E/B.Tech (Chemical/Environmental/Mechanical) or Any Graduate (B.Sc Chemistry preferred, or Arts/Science). - Experience: 0 to 5 years in ETP/STP/RO operations. Freshers with a strong willingness to learn water treatment processes are highly welcome.
