The Blending Technician at Coca-Cola Bottling Co. in Charlotte, NC will produce daily syrup blends from water, sugar and concentrate, ensuring QA standards are met. You'll manage sanitation of tanks and equipment, and handle receipt of concentrate and sugar into the inventory system.
You will calibrate and operate lab equipment, log results in LDMS, and follow SOPs in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting with weekend and holiday shifts as needed.
