Hires, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking an assembler for 1st shift (6am–2:30pm; overtime possible). You will assemble components with hand and power tools, read blueprints, and follow standard work instructions to meet quality specifications.
The position requires at least one year of manufacturing assembly experience and a solid mechanical background. Overtime, weekend hours, and cross-training across stations are common; strong teamwork and clear communication are essential.
