As a Full-Time Asphalt Plant Loader Operator at J.T. Russell and Sons, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient asphalt production. Your primary responsibility will be to operate a wheeled loader safely to feed the asphalt plant during production cycles. You’ll also be tasked with maintaining a clean work environment by removing debris using the loader, skid steer, or shovel.

Additionally, you will perform preventative maintenance on both the asphalt plant and mobile equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
