Role Overview This role involves joining a team dedicated to building and enhancing an enterprise-wide Ansible Automation Platform. The position is responsible for handling components of complex engineering and analytical tasks. The candidate will serve as a proficient technical resource, contributing expertise as both a team member and an individual contributor to support systems programming and data center capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
* Participate in the design, development, and implementation of systems engineering activities.
* Develop controls for automation platforms, with a focus on shared content across enterprise tools.
* Implement the SDLC chain for managing automation content.
* Establish input/output processes and working parameters for hardware compatibility.
* Coordinate subsystem design and the integration of the total system.
* Influence and direct team activities related to special initiatives or operations.
* Consider applications and platforms across the portfolio for symbiotic alignment and opportunities to augment service offerings.
* Incorporate multiple AI channels into standard practice to foster productivity and consistency.

Required Qualifications
*
* Experience:

** 5 or more years of top-tier systems engineering experience.
** Technical

Skills:

*** 5+ years of expert-level Unix/Linux administration and scripting (YAML, XML, Python, Perl, Shell).
* 5+ years of experience with Ansible Automation Platform.
* 5+ years of demonstrable Python or similar scripting skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
** Professional

Skills:

*** Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management.
* Proficiency in working in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic business environment.
* Proven ability to build relationships and influence individuals across the organization.
* Strong analytical, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
* Ability to understand complex application infrastructure.
* Commitment to overall organization goals as a strong team player.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Github Copilot is a plus.
* Experience with True Sight Server Automation (Blade Logic) will be helpful.
