  2-2-3 Rotating Schedule (Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, then alternate the following week)
• Pay: $19.00/hr

We are seeking safety-conscious, dependable, and career-minded individuals for a Heavy Assembler position in a manufacturing environment in South Charlotte. This role involves assembling large industrial products and components while maintaining quality standards, production goals, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

• Assemble components and finished products according to work instructions and specifications.
• Utilize hand tools and measuring devices safely and effectively.
• Read and interpret work orders, assembly drawings, and production documentation.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process.
• Move and position materials and components as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following all safety procedures.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production issues and safety concerns.

• Previous manufacturing or production experience required.
• Prior heavy assembly experience preferred.
• Experience working a 2-2-3 rotating schedule required.
• Experience working 3rd shift/overnight schedules required.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and perform physically demanding work.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment for extended periods.
• Strong attendance history and reliability.
