The Marketing Content Specialist is a fast-moving, execution-focused content creator responsible for developing high-impact marketing assets that support demand generation programs, social media strategy, and buyer engagement efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can act on strategic intent without needing detailed direction, and has the design and writing skills to produce polished content quickly.
This individual will create content tailored to target buyers, including sales leaders and executives in B2B organizations.
Compensation: $60,000-$65,000
Location: FULLY REMOTE
Key Responsibilities- Rapidly produce digital content for demand generation campaigns, social media, email, and paid media.
- Create buyer-focused messaging and visuals that align with the organization’s positioning and methodologies.
- Use design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to create polished, on-brand graphics and layouts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand campaign goals and translate them into actionable content.
- Support webinar and partner initiatives with promotional assets, landing page copy, and follow-up content.
- Repurpose existing content into new formats for different channels and buyer personas.
- Maintain and update the organization’s dynamic content library and editorial calendar.
- Coordinate with sales and demand generation teams to ensure content supports pipeline-building efforts.
- Monitor performance of content assets and adjust based on engagement metrics and feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or content-focused role (internships included).
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling content.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar.
- Experience creating content for social media, email, and paid media platforms.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and execute quickly with minimal oversight.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and performance tracking tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with shifting priorities.
