Terra Bella Senior Living is the proud operator of more than 50 plus, amenity-, care- and lifestyle-focused communities located throughout the Carolinas, Virginia, Kentucky, Georgia, and Tennessee. Terra Bella communities together account for more than 4500 units and span a full spectrum of senior living and care options, including Active Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and available, short-term Respite Care.

Responsible for managing and executing effective marketing campaigns as set by the Director of Marketing, on time and within budget. This includes: managing and executing: social media campaigns, website updates, community and corporate videos, email blasts, blogs and other projects as assigned.

The following duties are normal for this position. This list is not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.

• Work with the Director of Marketing to execute and manage marketing needs which will build branding, drive traffic, convert leads and drive revenue growth.
• Reporting: measure and analyze performance and recommend actions to maximize results and minimize costs.
• Execute social media strategies including Facebook, Linked In, You Tube, Tik Tok and others as assigned on a daily basis.
• Facebook:
  Manage required daily posts consisting of community photos, activities and events, article posting, videos, etc.
• Execute website updates as requested by management, activity calendars, flyers, events, videos, residents stories, employee above and beyond, reviews.
• Review testimonial submissions and post per guidelines to website.
• Assist with setup of Hubspot marketing emails.
• Assist with marketing project entry in Workamajig.
• Assist with Terra Bella Senior Living branding projects as directed (website, social media).
• Assist Marketing Manager with coordination and collection of assets for new acquisitions.
• Assist with planning and execution of special events in partnership with Director of Marketing and Director of Business Development.
• Work on special marketing assignments as directed by Director of Marketing.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising.

• Minimum of 0-2 years’ experience in Marketing.
• Experience with Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Social Media
