Why This Role Matters

The Marketing Manager at LOVING for leading the development and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, engage our community, and support organizational growth. This role oversees key projects across digital, print, and event channels, ensuring consistency, creativity, and measurable results.

What Success Looks Like
  • Manage timelines, creative assets, and input from TEAMs across LOVING to ensure social media posts, email campaigns, and the monthly LOVING newsletter are launched on schedule and represent our brand with consistency and care.
  • Track marketing scorecards and digital performance metrics including website traffic, social engagement, and email open/click rates, then translate the data into recommendations that support LOVING’s growth and community impact.
  • Oversee the website by coordinating content updates, monitoring performance, and driving improvements that strengthen the customer and employee experience.
  • Plan and deliver in‑person and virtual events such as customer appreciation gatherings, community‑focused initiatives, and leadership offsites, creating experiences that reflect LOVING’s values and deliver measurable results.
  • Work directly with leadership TEAM to ensure marketing initiatives align with organizational objectives and support the company’s mission.
  • Research, propose, and test new marketing approaches, platforms, and technologies that elevate brand and provide a competitive advantage.
  • Coordinate cross‑departmental marketing projects to ensure alignment, collaboration, and timely execution across the organization.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive content calendar to ensure consistent, mission‑driven messaging across social media, email, newsletters, and the website.
  • Design and implement customer and community feedback tools, analyze results, and recommend actions that strengthen satisfaction and engagement with LOVING.
  • Maintain and organize marketing asset library, ensuring all materials uphold our brand guidelines and represent the integrity of our mission.
  • Prepare and present monthly marketing performance reports and executive summaries to the leadership TEAM, highlighting progress, insights, and opportunities.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned that support the mission and core values of LOVING, ensuring alignment with our culture of community, integrity, and impact.
What Sets You Apart
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience with demonstrated success managing campaigns, projects, and cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, email, websites, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience creating, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as email platforms, content management systems, and analytics dashboards.
  • Creative mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision making.
  • Experience planning and coordinating events is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with leadership, peers, and external partners.
