Support our online volunteers on the Spanish Ministry Engagement Team, communicating through chat, email, and social media, and assisting with training and support. This role involves administrative tasks, volunteer support, and reporting using various systems.

• Maintains an active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness.
• Upholds BGEA in prayer and participates in daily devotions.
• Aligns behavior with BGEA’s Mission, Statement of Faith, and policies.

• Understand and apply internet evangelism tools and discipleship methods.
• Handle administrative tasks, support volunteers via email, and assist with reporting.

• High school diploma, with preference for an associate's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with volunteer management, Microsoft Office, and social media.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to prioritize, work independently or in a team, and adapt to changing priorities. Office environment with occasional travel.

This is a full-time, entry-level position with no benefits for up to 19 hours/week. The role is based in Charlotte, NC, and aligns with BGEA’s Christian mission and Statement of Faith.
