Synergistic Strategic Solutions 2026 Volunteer Positions
Synergistic Strategic Solutions (SSS) is a Black-owned, veteran-led consulting and coaching agency on a mission to build equitable systems, generational legacies, and liberated communities. This is a volunteer, remote opportunity for the 2025–2026 recruitment cycle. Volunteers will collaborate with C-suite leaders and initiative directors across seven focus areas:
HBCU Initiatives, Nonprofit Alliances, Fund Development, Communications, Data & CRM Systems, Event Coordination, and Tech AI Integration
. Volunteers will assist with planning, organizing, and executing national projects that advance Black Equitization, Reconciliation, and Reconstruction
. Roles range from administrative coordination, grant writing, R&D to program support, partnership outreach, and digital storytelling.
Average time commitment: 3–15 hours per week or per month

Role Description
This is a volunteer role across the 2025–2026 recruitment cycle. Key activities include collaborating with leadership to support seven initiatives and performing duties such as planning, organizing, and executing projects that promote Black equity, resilience, and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Passion for community building and equitable solutions
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in nonprofit or community-based work is a plus
- Preferred: HBCU students, alumni or experience with Historical Black organizations
SSS Volunteer Opportunities (2025 – 2026)
- Executive Administrative Coordinator (C-Suite Support) – Keep our seven initiatives aligned, organize meetings, documents, and communications for SSS leadership.
- HR & Volunteer Engagement Coordinator – Recruit, onboard, and retain national volunteers and interns; help build SSS’s human infrastructure.
- Fund Development & Grant Coordinator – Research and draft grants, coordinate funding calendars, and sustain our equity and wealth programs.
- Nonprofit Partnerships & Program Coordinator – Connect HBCUs and Black nonprofits; support monthly cohort meetings and statewide alliances.
- Strategic Communications & BTS Coordinator – Tell the SSS story, manage social media, newsletters, and podcast content.
- HBCU Internship & Partnerships Coordinator – Bridge students, alumni, and organizations to expand our national internship pipeline.
- Data & CRM Systems Assistant – Create and update dashboards and track impact metrics across states.
- Event & Equity Opportunities Assistant – Research, outreach, document, and map Black equity events and showcases.
- R&D Mapping Assistant – Research and map Black ecosystem professionals and organizations to guide growth.
- Technology & AI Assistant – Support AI integration and digital tools to amplify Black-led innovation.
