An established non-profit organization in North Carolina seeks a Regional Major Gifts Director to lead fundraising efforts across the Western NC territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong fundraising skills and experience in building relationships with individual, corporate, and foundation donors. Responsibilities include designing donor giving plans and meeting annual production goals while traveling frequently throughout the region. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with prior fundraising experience being essential.
This role also requires an active Christian faith aligned with the organization’s mission.
