Regional Transfer Center, RN

What We Offer:

Join our 26-member Patient Placement Team, supporting 7 hospitals around the clock. In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage patient placement and transfers while working across 4 screens and multiple systems including Epic, Transfer Center, Bed Placement, Voalte, Genesys, and Teams to keep care moving smoothly.

• What You’ll Do
- Triage calls & transfers like a pro
- Coordinate air and ground transport
- Partner with stroke, trauma & emergency teams
- Manage patient placement across hospitals

• Schedule
- 3 weekend shifts every 6 weeks (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hours/week)
- Rotating holidays (2 major + 1 minor)
- No call shifts
• ✅ What We’re Looking For
- RN with 2+ years acute care (ED or critical care required, patient flow experience a plus)
- Strong clinical judgment & multitasking skills
- Tech-savvy and confident communicating with physicians
- Thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment

What We‘re Looking For:

Education:

Associates Degree, required. BSN preferred.

•

Experience:

- Two year, required.
- Previous leadership and bed utilization experience is preferred.

• Licensure/Certification:
Current RN license, required.

• Additional Skills (required):
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high level of problem solving and critical thinking skills to find solutions to difficult human, technical, clinical or administrative problems.
- Excellent problem analysis skills to develop solutions.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage/coordinate effectively the work of non-subordinates
