RN Supervisor

Eklego is seeking compassionate, experienced and clinically astute Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join a team of nursing professionals with Givens Aldersgate in Charlotte, NC
. Currently we have the following direct hire opportunities for RN Nurse Supervisor which includes every other weekend:

• RN Supervisor Full Time- 12 hours rotating

RN Supervisors maintain quality clinical care for residents/clients through direct supervision of nursing staff. Responsibilities include assuring documentation is complete and accurate and communicating modifications to policy and procedures and oversee compliance. Manage changes in Physicians orders and manage the daily operations of the clinical staff.

• A valid/current RN License in NC
• 2+ years of nursing experience
• 1+ year of nursing experience in a long-term care or acute care setting
• Proven assessment skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
