Palm Health Resources has partnered with a Renown Medical Center in Charlotte, NC, to recruit an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (ACNP or PA-C) to join their elite Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) team.

Role Snapshot:

• Night Shift
  
  Schedule:
  
  13-hour shifts (6p–7a), rotation including weekends and holidays.
• Provide direct care for cardiac and CT surgery ICU patients.
• Perform advanced procedures, admissions, and consults in collaboration with attending physicians.
• Participate in education, performance improvement, and clinical research initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• ACNP, AGACNP, or PA-C with North Carolina license (or eligibility).
• 2+ years of experience in ICU, CTICU, or cardiac critical care preferred.
• Experience with mechanical circulatory support and post-operative cardiac management is a plus.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and passionate about evidence-based care.
