Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of RNs and facility leadership.

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.

Monitor resident health, observe changes, and report to appropriate staff.

Document care accurately in accordance with facility guidelines.

Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) as needed.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident care.

Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff.

Participate in care planning, shift reports, and staff meetings.

Maintain compliance with all facility policies and state regulations.

Uphold a professional and compassionate approach to resident care.

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Carolina.

Minimum of 6 months experience in a long‑term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing setting.

Strong clinical and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and follow care plans.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs and assist residents with mobility.

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.

CPR certification preferred.
