3 12's; full-time - Practice:
Diverse cases across Neuro, Cardiovascular, Pediatrics, Vascular, General Surgery. 16 inpatient ORs, 3 OB ORs, 4 Endoscopy suites, 2 Open Heart Rooms, and various outpatient services. - Location:
Presbyterian Medical Center – Charlotte, NC. 661‑bed level‑2 trauma center centrally located near uptown Charlotte, with access to national sports, outdoor activities, airport, and arts. - Role:
Deliver expert, independent anesthesia care from routine to complex cases, driving safe, compassionate care. - Benefits:

- Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care to pediatrics through geriatric populations.
- Administer anesthetics for a wide variety of surgical and non‑surgical procedures.
- Monitor patients throughout anesthesia and recovery.
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and surgical teams. - Adjust anesthetic plans as needed based on changing patient status.
- Practice independently within full CRNA scope of privileges.
- Float between sites based on staffing needs and patient volume.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and Nurse Anesthesia.
- Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA).RN and CRNA licensure in North Carolina (or compact state).
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS (per policy).
- Strong decision‑making and clinical judgment.
- Ability to adapt across different specialties and patient populations.
- New grads welcome – orientation and preceptorship provided.
- Extensive knowledge of current anesthetic agents, techniques, drugs, and equipment.
- Skill to modify anesthetic plan of care suitable to patient age.
- Ability to make independent decisions under stress and maintain professional demeanor with patients, coworkers, and physicians.
