As the Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility, you will organize, develop, manage, and direct the overall operations of the Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. You will work directly with the Administrator and the Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained for each resident at all times and follow all health, sanitary and infection control policies.
Education& Qualification
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of work.
- Current CPR or BLS certification.
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a nursing community or related healthcare community, preferably in long‑term care.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.
- Full‑time opportunity available.
- Shift: Varies.
- Sign On Bonus: $10,000.
- Paid out quarterly.
