Fresenius Kidney Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for its Outpatient CAP program. The role provides and coordinates clinically competent care, including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned group of patients in an ESKD setting.
You will work under supervision with RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians, participate in education, quality improvement, and ensure safe dialysis delivery and adherence to policy.
