Nurses provide high-quality care with a 4:1 to 5:1 RN-to-patient ratio, supported by orientation and development opportunities and collaborative, evidence-based practices.
Minimum requirements include graduation from a Board of Nursing approved program and an active RN license; BLS is required, with BSN preferred.
