We are seeking a Full-Time
Registered Nurse in our Concord, NC
Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) who is ready to bring strong clinical skills, leadership, and compassion into a fast-paced admissions environment.

What You'll Be Doing- Administering medications in accordance with provider orders
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
- Performing intake assessments for new clients
- Ensuring physician orders are carried out appropriately
- Monitoring and obtaining vital signs as needed
- Conducting impairment and withdrawal assessments, including COWS
- Supporting safe, effective nursing practices within RN scope per state guidelines
- Providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff when needed

What You'll Need- Completion of an accredited RN program
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina RN license OR a multistate compact RN license
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Previous leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
- Shift Differentials & Holiday Pay:
Higher rates for nights, weekends, and holidays - Financial Security: 401(k) with up to 3% company match after 90 days
