Registered Nurse; Rn

Hourly Rates Range: $35.00/hr - $45.00/hr. based on experience/discipline.
Opportunity:

• Pediatric Client - 4 year old female in 28202. Every Tuesday & Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm. Has down syndrome with g-tube, med administration and assistance with ADLs. HAS CHALLENGING BEHAVIORS
• Veteran client - 71 year old male client in 28227. Every Saturday 8:30am-4:30pm. Requires help with shower, apply prosthetic, meal prep, assistance with ambulation, monitor skin integrity, check blood sugar, administer insulin, administer medication/breathing treatments, head to toe assessment.
• Assessments/Reassessments - Looking for a RN who can help open up new cases and reassess existing clients.
• Infusion/Wound care - RN who is comfortable doing both.

• Possess exceptional nursing assessment skills
• Analytic/Critical thinker.
• Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
