Termite Technician

Overview

Pest USA, established in 1971, is a growing Pest and Termite Control Company that is looking to add a motivated and reliable Termite Route Technician to our team. • Perform termite prevention and elimination services for both residential and commercial properties.
• Review your schedule and ensure that your company truck is stocked with the appropriate equipment.
• Locate and evaluate bait stations using a diagram or location device and log any products used during the evaluation process.
• Self-direct your route and workflow on-site, follow safety procedures, and keep appointments with customers as scheduled.
• Promote and sell additional services to both existing and prospective customers.
• You may also be asked to assist with Pest Control routes as needed.

• At least 18 years old (21 years old preferred).
• Current driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Effective communication skills with office staff and customers.
• Exceptional customer service skills; previous experience in pest or termite control is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Must pass state regulatory agency licensing exams within the first 30 days of employment.

Work outdoors in all weather conditions. Able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds on occasion. Frequent physical activity includes standing, walking, bending, crawling, and occasional sitting during commutes between locations.
