We specialize in hardscape and landscape design, expert installation, and ongoing maintenance, transforming outdoor spaces into stunning works of art.

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Member to join our Maintenance Division and lead onsite operations. This key role will work within a team to ensure quality and efficiency and contribute to maintaining G&G’s reputation for excellence.

• Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, planting, weeding, mulching, and general grounds maintenance
• Operate power equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other landscaping tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites, vehicles, and equipment
• Load and unload tools, materials, and supplies needed for daily tasks
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly to supervisors
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members when on-site
• Work with team to ensure jobs are completed on time and meet company quality standards

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in landscape maintenance preferred
• Knowledge of equipment operation (mower, weed eater, edger, blower, sprayer)
• Bilingual preferred – Spanish/English
• Drivers License Preferred

• Year-round work
• Starting pay from $18+/hour, based on skills and experience
• Overtime pay for work over 40 hours, paid weekly
