- Provide comprehensive patient care including diagnostics, surgery, and wellness visits
- Communicate effectively with clients and staff using a relationship-centered approach
- Collaborate with the team to uphold the highest standards of care
- Build lasting relationships with clients and the local Gastonia/Charlotte community
- Support staff development through participation in training programs
- Manage a diverse caseload across appointments, diagnostics, and procedures
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited institution (or completion of ECFVG or PAVE)
- Active NC veterinary license or ability to obtain one
- Clinical experience with comfort in surgery, diagnostics, and general care
- Team-oriented, compassionate, and committed to professional excellence
