Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care including diagnostics, surgery, and wellness visits
  • Communicate effectively with clients and staff using a relationship-centered approach
  • Collaborate with the team to uphold the highest standards of care
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and the local Gastonia/Charlotte community
  • Support staff development through participation in training programs
  • Manage a diverse caseload across appointments, diagnostics, and procedures
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
  • DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited institution (or completion of ECFVG or PAVE)
  • Active NC veterinary license or ability to obtain one
  • Clinical experience with comfort in surgery, diagnostics, and general care
  • Team-oriented, compassionate, and committed to professional excellence
