As a Skiptown Park Lead , you'll be the go-to person during shifts to ensure everything in the park runs safely and smoothly. You'll support Social (Park) Skippers, monitor dog play, keep the park clean and organized, and provide friendly, professional service to guests. If you're confident in managing dogs, enjoy helping people, and want to take a step into leadership, this role is for you.

• Support Social Skippers during shifts, assigning tasks and ensuring park standards are met
• Monitor dog playgroups and confidently redirect or manage behavior when needed
• Enforce park rules and safety guidelines consistently and fairly
• Assist guests with questions about memberships, services, and upcoming events
• Maintain park cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness throughout shifts
• Document and report incidents, injuries, or behavioral concerns accurately
• Communicate updates and on-shift needs to the Park Supervisor
• Assist with special events, promotions, and park activities to create a fun, engaging atmosphere

• You're comfortable working with dogs of all sizes and temperaments
• You're confident reading dog body language and keeping playgroups safe
• You're a team player who enjoys guiding and supporting others
• You're calm under pressure and can make quick, thoughtful decisions
• You thrive in a lively, outdoor environment where every day is different

• Experience in dog daycare, boarding, or pet care environments
• Leadership or mentoring experience in a team setting
• Knowledge of dog behavior and enrichment activities

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for 8–10 hours per shift
• Ability to safely lift and handle dogs up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Tolerance for loud noise, pet hair, dirt, and cleaning chemicals
