Job SummaryThe Quality Coordinator assists the Quality Manager and Quality team with documentation control, audit coordination, training tracking, data entry, and general quality system maintenance. The Quality Coordinator does not own audits, investigations, or CAPA activities, but supports these processes through organization, scheduling, recordkeeping, and follow-up.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the QMS and Quality Manager.
- Maintain quality records, logs, trackers, and reports.
- Assist with document control and version management.
- Support audit readiness activities by gathering documentation and coordinating schedules.
- Track corrective actions and follow‑up items as directed.
- Maintain training records and compliance trackers.
- Assist with coordinating quality‑related training sessions.
- Enter quality data and support preparation of routine reports.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Follow company, client, and departmental SOPs and policies.
- Perform other quality‑related administrative duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s Degree in a related science field and at least 2 years of Medical Device and/or Pharmaceutical industry experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
