This position is located in Charlotte, NC.

We are currently seeking a skilled Transmission Builder to join our team. As a Transmission builder, you will be responsible for assembling high‑performance and racing Powerglide and Turbo 400 Transmissions.

• Total safety awareness
• TSI builds two types of transmissions:
• Powerglide Transmissions
• Turbo 400 Transmissions

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience building transmissions
• Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting procedures
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
• The role requires strong communication skills, constructive feedback, and teamwork to create a positive work environment.
• Excellent time management skills, passion for quality and continuous improvement and the ability to achieve production objectives.
