Renew is seeking a Deputy Manager - Solar Quality to ensure field quality at solar sites. You will supervise quality activities, drive NCR closure through RCA and CAPA, and conduct site audits, material inspections, and quality training.
You will develop FQAPs, checklists, and work instructions aligned with project specifications. The role requires 8–12 years EPC quality experience in solar projects, with a strong background in civil, DC/AC installation, earthing, and substation works.
