• Work remotely 100%
• Be the first point of contact for prospective residents
• Answer questions, qualify leads, and showcase property features
• Manage the leasing and application process for new residents
• Quickly assess customer needs and create urgency to encourage applications
• Build and foster relationships with customers
• Use your friendly personality and conflict resolution skills to nurture relationships
• Manage lease files, update paperwork and systems, and handle marketing tasks using strong administrative skills
• Become knowledgeable about the community, including schools, employers, and local amenities

• State Real Estate License required
• BA or Associate’s Degree preferred
• Experience with new homes preferred but not necessary
• Top lead conversion experience essential
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage in-office presentations
• Creative thinking skills
• Valid Driver’s License; occasional travel may be required
• Ability to be active and lift up to 50 lbs
