Responsibilities- Assist home buyers and sellers in the process of negotiation, providing advice on market prices, mortgages, legal requirements, etc
- Carry out comparative market analysis to estimate the worth of properties
- Advertise real estate to potential customers
- Utilize efficient follow-up services to keep in contact with leads and clients
- Prepare and submit appropriate contracts and paperwork
- Update Showcase Realty’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program with listings
- Remain up to date on real estate trends in the region
- Furnish clients with up-to-date info on local markets and real estate trends in Charlotte, NC
- Must hold a valid NC and/or SC Real Estate license
- Proficiency in Spanish or another language is an advantage
- Driven to excel in the Real Estate industry
- Customer-focused attitude
- Ready to learn new technologies
- Show a sense of responsibility
- Proactive in seeking out growth opportunities
- Skilled in dealing with offer packages
- Capable of scheduling time and setting goals
- Working with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors
- Establish connections with lawyers, banks, and contractors
- Promote sales through multiple channels such as print ads, open houses, and listing services (complimentary)
- Knowledgeable about regional Real Estate markets and current practices
- Qualified to act as a Buyer’s Agent and Seller’s Agent
- Possess the ability to develop systems and procedures to deliver outstanding service that will bring in positive reviews and expand a network of referrals
