We have a fantastic Assistant Property Manager opportunity available!

LocationBexley apartment communities in South Charlotte.
Compensation and ScheduleHourly starting at $20/hour with quarterly bonuses. Must be available to work rotating Saturdays and occasional evenings for resident events.
Responsibilities- Work with prospects who are interested in knowing more about our communities. Answer internet leads, phone calls, schedule appointments and take prospects on a tour.
- Process leasing applications, put together lease paperwork, request security deposits and have leaseholders sign the lease.
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents—assist with renewals, notices to vacate, early termination, adding pets, transferring to another apartment, and answer account questions.
- Collaborate with maintenance, walk apartments, confirm property readiness, monitor needs, and follow up on work orders.
- Create a great move‑in experience for residents.
- Support residents during move‑out, process move‑outs and security deposit dispositions.
- Post rent payments and follow up on balances.
- Plan, prepare, and host resident activities.
- Lead the team, help with training and accomplishing goals.
- Assist the Property Manager as needed.
- Strength in communication: a great listener who can connect in person and in writing.

- Team spirit and willingness to support others.
- Goal‑oriented, organized, and growth‑driven.

- Leadership/management experience required. Property‑management experience a plus but not required.
- High expectations with a hands‑on training program.
- This is a non‑desk role—expect to be on your feet, engaging with prospects, walking the property, inspecting homes, and more.
