Working as a Food Service Manager, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a corporate dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, ensuring that the food offered to customers is of superior quality, and maintaining the overall excellence of the dining experience.

• Responsible for operation of the corporate cafeteria in accordance with the approved budget while providing the Client with maximum value for the dollars spent.
• Ensures that the food offered to the client, customers, and employees of the operation is of superior quality.
• Maintains excellent relationships with employees, guests and clients as well as other departments within the operation.

• Minimum of Associate's Degree preferred.
• Two to four years fine dining restaurant management experience required.
• Comprehensive food and wine knowledge; well versed in food and wine pairings.
• Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge.
• Excellent communication and computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office.
• Serv Safe Certified preferred.
