We are looking for a Store Operator who takes full ownership of the business, leads from the front, and builds a team culture that people want to be part of. This is a hands on leadership role. You will be fully involved in daily operations, capable of stepping into any position, and responsible for creating a workplace where guests feel welcomed and teams feel supported. You will represent the Bossy Beulah’s brand inside and outside of the restaurant and build meaningful relationships in the community.
What You’ll Do- Lead daily operations through hands on floor leadership, real time problem solving, and direct coaching of managers and team members
- Hire, onboard, train, and develop teams while building strong internal leadership
- Uphold recipes, systems, policies, and operational standards across all areas of the business
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through active engagement, service recovery, and reputation management
- Own store level financial performance including food, labor, inventory, and forecasting
- Build staffing plans, write schedules, and maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment
- Execute catering and off site initiatives while growing community and brand presence
- Experience leading high volume, quality driven restaurant operations
- At least 5 years working in a fast paced food service environment
- At least 2 years in a leadership role with proven team development skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with operational systems and restaurant technology
- Proven work ethic, job stability, and career progression
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Ability to work a five day schedule averaging 50 to 52 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Competitive salary of $65,000 to $75,000 per year
