As a member of the Cookie Crew at our South End store located at 2116 Hawkins Street, Suite 103 Charlotte, NC 28203
, you will be the ultimate Insomniac. You will serve as the main point of contact at the front of the store, interacting with customers, and baking our delicious cookies!

• Greet guests promptly and take their orders according to procedure
• Assist customers with menu items and ensure order accuracy
• Create a warm, friendly experience both in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream as needed
• Package and send out fast, warm, correct delivery orders
• Handle cash and payments accurately, avoiding shortages or overages
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery

• Customer service experience preferred
• Personable, genuine, and outgoing personality
• Ambitious and motivated
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 or older
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
