We are looking for a motivated Dishwasher to join our team! You will contribute to an exceptional dining experience by transporting and cleaning cooking utensils and other serviceware, as well as assist in maintaining clean work areas and restaurant equipment.

Dishwasher responsibilities include collecting used dishes, plates and utensils, washing by hand or loading dishwasher appropriately. The dishwasher will also be responsible for helping with the overall cleanliness of the store, which will include bathrooms, taking trash out, and mopping and sweeping.

• Ability to show up to work on time. Tardiness should be reported to the Executive Chef. Tardiness of more than 5 minutes should be reported to the direct supervisor via phone call or text message.
• Ability to communicate any need for time off. Requests need to be submitted two weeks in advance and cannot be made between November 1 and December 31.
• Must have ability to lift 25 lbs or more.
• Ability to stand/walk for 8 or more hours per shift.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary workspace.
• Opens and closes the kitchen/store properly by following any checklists.
• Performs other related duties assigned by key management.
• Ensures there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours.
• Maintains cleaning supplies stock (e.g., detergents) and communicates with the Executive Chef when necessary.
• Checks washing machine operation and promptly reports any technical/performance issues.
• Removes garbage regularly.
• Sanitizes the kitchen/bathroom/front end area, including the floor.

• Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred.
• Skilled with the use of hand tools or machines needed for the position.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
