Job Overview

Legacy Heights is seeking Servers to join their team.

• Monday – Friday, every other weekend required.

The Server is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards. The Server will ensure proper dining set‑up, provide meal and dining services, and clean the dining rooms. All foods will be handled in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards, complying with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma / GED required.
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and/or full‑service senior living preferred.

• Understanding of infection control procedures.
• Ability to multitask and manage stress.
• Competent in time management and organizational skills.
• Understanding and embracing the assisted living philosophy.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours, and be available at peak service delivery days and times.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good judgment, problem solving, and decision‑making skills.
