Domino’s Pizza is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead our pizzeria to success. The manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and motivate the team to deliver a delicious experience every time.

• Hire, train, and supervise a team of pizza‑loving employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Resolve customer issues, maintain quality standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Implement marketing initiatives, control costs, and analyze financial performance to meet business objectives.
• Maintain a spotless, safe, and inviting store that reflects your commitment to quality and cleanliness.

• Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the pizza industry.
• Strong leadership and team‑building skills with a passion for developing others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• A love for pizza is a definite plus.
