Restaurant Manager (Lead Our Slice of Success)

We need an experienced, enthusiastic leader to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction at our store.

• Lead the team: hire, train, and supervise employees; foster a positive, productive workplace.
• Ensure operational efficiency: manage inventory, schedule shifts, and uphold food‑safety and sanitation standards.
Deliver outstanding customer service: resolve guest issues, maintain quality standards, and create a welcoming environment.
• Drive sales and profitability: implement marketing initiatives, control costs, and analyze financial performance to meet business goals.
• Maintain a spotless, safe, and inviting store that reflects a commitment to quality and cleanliness.

• Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably inmana pizza, but not required. buna>
• Strong leadership and team‑building skills with a passion for developing others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
