Retail Customer Experience Manager – Northern Tool + Equipment

• Create action plans for the Sales Team and Team Leads to promote store objectives and growth in their roles.
• Manage a team of Sales Representatives and Team Leads, ensuring the successful execution of company sales strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Under guidance from the Store Manager, facilitate the hiring process, training and performance management for Sales Representatives and Team Leads.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) as assigned, including responsibilities for opening and closing the store according to established policies and procedures.
• Spanish Language Skills preferred.

• High school education or equivalent required; 2 years of college or related technical training preferred.
• 2 years of related retail experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, guide and mentor store employees.
• Strong customer service, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of tools and equipment appreciated, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

• Competitive Pay:
  Earn $52,000–$61,200 annually, with compensation personalized based on skills, experience and location.
