. The organization specializes in the design and deployment of mission-critical wireless infrastructure, ranging from private 5G networks to large-scale distributed antenna systems. • Education & Credentials: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a CPA license highly preferred.

  You bring 5+ years of experience within the construction industry or a closely related project-driven field.
• Leadership Profile: You are a highly personable leader with a proven ability to manage, train, and develop accounting teams while resolving complex operational problems.
• Strategic Mindset: You possess strong business acumen and analytical skills, allowing you to align financial reporting with strategic goals to drive profitability.

As a key leadership figure, you will manage all aspects of financial and operational reporting while collaborating across departments to drive business results.

• Financial Oversight: Lead the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements for ownership and coordinate with external accounting firms as necessary.
• Process Innovation: Identify opportunities to improve procedures across all accounting functions, designing new workflows to enhance efficiency and systems.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Implement and lead the company's budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure sound financial planning.
• Departmental Management: Directly supervise the accounting team, handling everything from hiring and training to performance appraisals and work direction.
