We are seeking a One Stream Administrator based at our corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the One Stream Administrator will be responsible for administering the system to ensure optimal performance, supporting financial reporting and consolidation processes, implementing enhancements, and serving as the primary contact for all One Stream-related matters.

• Administer and maintain the One Stream platform, including user access, security roles, and system configurations.
• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes by ensuring data accuracy, consolidation process, and timely reporting.
• Manage data integrations between One Stream and source systems including trial balances, sales and management information.
• Perform system troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain business rules, dashboards, reports, and cube views within One Stream for operational and financial needs.
• Work closely with Finance and Accounting teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, including testing and validation.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through routine data validation and reconciliation.
• Create and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and user guides.
• Perform monthly updates and maintenance of the Account Reconciliation module.
• Evaluate and recommend new approaches and procedures
• Evaluate and maintain effective internal controls over the financial reporting process
• Support continuous improvement activities
• Train and support end-users on One Stream functionality and best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience with One Stream administration or similar EPM/CPM tools (e.g., Hyperion, SAP).
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation, budgeting, and reporting processes.
• Proficient in building and managing cube views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules.
• Experience with data integrations and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
