Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to uphold our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience. You will lead sales, merchandising, and operations, train teammates, and act as Store Manager when needed.
You will collaborate with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit new Teammates, and maintain high standards in customer service, visuals, and loss prevention across all store functions.
