Sherwin-Williams invites you to join its Management & Sales Training Program—an accelerated, entry-level track to a Store Management role in 18–24 months. You will gain leadership experience, direct collaboration with store management, and exposure to high-volume operations while serving large commercial accounts.
The program runs about 44 hours per week, with evenings/weekends possible, and leads to progression toward an Assistant Store Manager position after the initial 8-week training.
