After completing your second store, you'll have a full week off before starting your next assignment. Shift length varies depending on the project and how quickly the store is completed.
Pay Pay is a flat rate per completed store project, not a standard hourly wage. This means your actual hourly earnings depend on how efficiently your team completes the project. Average effective hourly range is $15 USDMileage

At least 18 years oldAble to pass a national background check and random drug screenings
Has a valid, government-issued IDA Note on How We Work We expect every team member to be accountable, honest, and professional on the job. This work depends on people showing up, doing what they say they'll do, and treating each other with respect. If that sounds like you, we'd like to hear from you.
What Happens After You Apply We review applications on a rolling basis. If you're a good fit, you'll hear from a recruiter within a few business days to schedule an interview. If you don't hear back right away, feel free to check the status of your application on Paycom, rather than calling the main office line.
