This role blends consultative sales, client onboarding, and relationship management. You’ll meet with new clients after their consultation with our doctors, walk them through enrollment, discuss payment or financing options, and help them begin their personalized program with clarity and confidence. You’ll also manage supplement refills, reactivations, and promotions to deepen engagement and retention. This isn’t cold calling—it’s relational, mission‑driven sales where empathy and effectiveness go hand‑in‑hand.

• Guide clients through enrollment, financing, and onboarding
• Manage program logistics, labs, and scheduling
• Coordinate supplement orders and seasonal promotions
• Maintain relationships and re‑engage past clients
• Track progress in our CRM and collaborate with the care team

• 2+ years in sales, client enrollment, or patient coordination
• Strong communicator with emotional intelligence and follow‑through
• Experience in health, wellness, or coaching environments a plus
• Passionate about helping others and living a healthy lifestyle

• Base $50,000–$60,000 + bonus potential
