As a result of our phenomenal growth, MSS Solutions, LLC has an opening for an Inside Sales Specialist - Fabrication. Roles and Responsibilities- Customer facing liaison to maintain communications between Internal MSS Customers, GC’s, Owners, and Developers.
- Support sales staff, Director of Business Development, and Fabrication Business Development Executive in generating estimates and proposals as needed.
- Assemble cost estimate and proposal for fabrication needs based on feedback and guidelines from Carolina Pipe Fabrication, and Carolina Spiral.
- Submit proposals to customer for approval.
- Track proposal status in Company Sales tracking software.
- Upon approval, work with Project Coordinators to set work up and scheduled for completion.
- Work with parts and materials vendors.
- Process invitations to bid (received by phone, or email) including responding to invitee in a timely manner with our intentions.
- Obtain bid documents from various modes (internet sites, email, drop box, etc.).
- Assemble and organize bid document folders in appropriate networks.
- Print bid documents as needed and or directed.
- Prepare cost sheets.
- Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time.
- Associates Degree or combination of work experience and education will be considered.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Two year’s CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.) preferred.
- Customer service, Inside Sales account management and field sales support experience preferred.
- Detail oriented.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently with minimal direction.
- Ability to coordinate sales order requirements with internal and external customers.
- Strong work ethic.
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office related products.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in the construction and/or building automation industry preferred.
- Sales Support experience is preferred.
