** What to expect:
** The Sales Trainee Program is a 12-month program designed to accelerate a career in sales by rotating through several elements of training that provide guided development, and on-the-job learning. This program offers opportunities for you to gain exposure in different areas of the business, shadow key partners, and receive formalized mentorship.## Across the 12 months, you can anticipate the following:
Learn:
* Participate in workshops, programs, and other learning opportunities to enhance your sales skills and industry knowledge.
* Engage actively in training sessions to understand the company's products, services, sales techniques, and processes.## Shadow:
* Shadow experienced sales professionals to observe their interactions with clients, sales strategies, and negotiation techniques.
* Observe the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, including customer relationship management and post-sale support.## Develop:
* Actively seek feedback from mentors, supervisors, and peers to enhance your skills and performance.
* Participate in performance evaluations and assessments to track your progress, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and set goals for professional development.##
