Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a small-to-mid size generalist book of business, servicing both new and renewal clients from start to finish
* Work closely with the assigned Sales Producer to meet client needs and achieve sales goals
* Handle all client service tasks including policy changes, renewals, certificates, and communication with carriers
Requirements:
* Valid North Carolina P&C license
* Minimum 2 years of Commercial Lines insurance experience
* Prior experience with Applied EPIC is a plus
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
